ISM Releases its annual client survey results.

We would like to thank our clients for their continued partnership with Integrated Systems Management, Inc. A short while ago we asked our valued customers to participate in our annual client satisfaction survey. It was conducted by TNS a third-party, independent research company, to protect the integrity of the results and anonymity of our participants.

Here are some of the highlights from our findings.

94% of respondents would recommend ISM                              
61% of respondents would definitely recommend ISM, while 33% responded that they probably would.

When asked how likely they would be to recommend ISM to colleagues and friends, 33% said probably, while 61% said definitely.
When asked about overall satisfaction with ISM, 39% responded they were somewhat satisfied, while 56% said very satisfied.
When asked about overall quality of products, 84% of respondents ranked between satisfactory and outstanding.
When asked about value received, 73% of respondents ranked between satisfactory and outstanding.
When asked about ISM’s ability to meet their needs, 78% of respondents ranked between satisfactory and outstanding.
When asked about the technical competency of ISM staff, 89% of respondents ranked between satisfactory and outstanding.
When asked about the competiveness of ISM resources, 72% of respondents ranked between satisfactory and outstanding.
When asked about the responsiveness of ISM resources, 83% of respondents ranked between satisfactory and outstanding.
When asked about the quality of communication of ISM resources, 83% of respondents ranked between satisfactory and outstanding.

In the additional feedback section, there were descriptive and interesting points provided. This information has been shared with employees and where necessary we are taking measures to improve upon our methods and processes. Because of our client’s participation we can better serve all those who partner with us.
