 Divan Da've (CEO)
Since 1989, when he founded ISM, the company has been led by CEO Divan Da've . Divan came to the US from India in 1984 armed with 2 Masters Degrees (Chemistry and Computer Science), boundless energy and drive. Divan founded ISM in 1989, in Tarrytown NY, after a few years at companies such as Thomson Financial Group, where he rose quickly to an executive leadership role on a mission-critical application. Divan earned his 3rd Masters Degree, in Computer Science, in 1986 from CUNY. |
 Nili Da've (COO)
Nili Da've, Divan's partner in business and life, manages the operational details of ISM. Also well educated in India in Business Management and Computer Science, Nili together with Divan form a well balanced team to lead ISM forward. |
Prem Pusuloori (CTO)
Prem Pusuloori, has served with distinction in every task he has undertaken since he joined ISM in 1998. Prem - who is proficient in product and custom software development processes, and building, motivating & managing teams of all sizes for projects of any level of complexity - has architected and led the development of several Web-based software products and client applications. A man of many talents and wide-ranging interests – he has masters degrees in Chemistry, Geography, and Computer Science – Prem is able to both master the details of multiple simultaneous ongoing projects, while at the same time never losing focus on the big picture. |

 Steve Berkwits (Director of Sales & Marketing)
With a background that includes developing software, software project management, and many years of selling technical software products and solutions, Steve Berkwits is uniquely qualified to lead ISM sales and marketing. Steve holds an MBA in Finance, which coupled with many years of experience in virtually all facets of software, as well as IT in general, enables Steve to understand complex issues quickly, and advise the team in developing the right solutions for the problems at hand. |
Ellis Mirsky (General Counsel)
Ellis Mirsky, principal of MIRSKY AND ASSOCIATES, PLLC, is the company's general counsel since 2000. Ellis brings 30 years of legal practice and 8 years of engineering experience to bear on day-to-day legal issues involving technology companies. He has held positions with NYSE-listed companies (10 years vice president and chief of litigation at Combustion Engineering, Inc., Asea Brown Boveri and GAF Corporation), been associated with a major New York City litigation law firm (8 years with Rosenman & Colin) and worked as an engineer designing navy nuclear power propulsion systems (4 years) and as a licensing engineer (3 years) for commercial nuclear power plants. He was a co-founder and first executive vice president of the International Policyholders Association, and has served on management committees of the Center for Claims Resources, an industry claims management service supported by insured and their insurers. Periodically he serves as a testifying expert witness in mass tort liability insurance coverage litigation. He co-founded and is executive director of The Network of Trial Law Firms, an international non-profit association of some of North America's leading trial and litigation law firms. His legal practice focuses on technology companies and their operating issues. |

 Vikas Chutke (Director of Project Delivery)
Vikas Chutke,is a highly accomplished & versatile software engineer in ISM’s US headquarters in Tarry town NY. He has been with ISM for 10 years, excelling in roles of increasing responsibility. A civil engineer by training (graduate of Osmania University in India), Vikas is able to direct and lead his development team(s) in multiple simultaneous projects with calm assurance under all circumstances. His clients and his teams value him for the confidence he inspires as a leader, as well as for his ability to think “outside the box” to devise innovative solutions for complex technical problems. |
 Sonal Shah (Director, India Operations)
Sonal Shah, is associated with ISM from more then 3 years. Sonal is entrusted with overall responsibility of heading India Operations. She has over 8 years experience in IT, recruitment and people management. She holds Master degree in Literature and Diploma in Computers. Sonal is also responsible for hiring top talent and growing teams to accomplish strategic initiatives of ISM. |
K N Murli (Process Head)
K N Murli, is entrusted with overall responsibility of overall ISM's technical processes. K N Murli has almost three decades of rich experience in the areas of Quality Assurance for different process, space and ground hardware, ISO consulting and professional Services. K N Murli has worked with Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) as a “Scientist”, taking care of Quality Assurance for space and ground hardware and Hi-Rel Electronics as Manager QA and was instrumental in getting ISO certification for Hi-Rel. Along with this KN Murli also worked as consultant for no of organizations and help them in forming and firming there policies and processes and getting ISO Certifications.
As a Process head, K N Murli is responsible for maintaining ISO certification for entire organization on an ongoing basis by improving processes. He's curtly working on getting organization certified for CMMI/4.
K N Murli holds BE (Electronics) and has undergone no of trainings for ISO and CMM. |
