Revealing Healthcare Barriers and Opportunities

In the state of healthcare report, HIMSS and its Trust partners offer insights on current trends, opportunities and insights to drive progress.

A phased approach to develop the report was used. The most pressing challenges were identified through a series of interviews with subject matter experts. Three of the top priority areas were used by the Trust partners as the starting point to design a quantitative approach.

The report contains quantitative market intelligence for 2,743 respondents in the United States and was collected from March to April of this year. Participants were asked a number of questions relating to digital health, financial health and artificial intelligence.
